The Beginnings of something tasty
After creating some beautiful and delicious croissants for my husband's birthday, I was driven to create different versions using organic ingredients. By request, my journey took me down several paths of exploration including the creation of an Ancient Grain, Sourdough Croissant as well as a couple Gluten Free versions.
I truly believe that the quality of ingredients matters. I use only organic grains and sugar in my croissants. All starches are GMO free, and many are organic as well. The butter I use comes from cows that are primarily grass fed. Each batch of croissants is lovingly made in my home.
